Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNZL handles relevant data while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Please read these rules before using the service. Continuing to use the website, user panel, or subscription service indicates that you understand the data practices described here.

Data Collected and Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNZL processes usernames, authentication credentials, and necessary account status information for login verification, subscription delivery, account security, and account recovery. Authentication credentials are not used for purposes unrelated to service delivery.

When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system stores order items, amounts, payment channels, transaction status, activation status, and refund records. This data is used to complete orders, verify subscription entitlements, process refunds, investigate duplicate payments, and meet necessary financial record obligations. The system also processes aggregated information such as used and remaining traffic to apply package limits and reset rules.

When users submit a support ticket, VPNZL processes the ticket content, attachments, and related account information to identify issues and respond to requests. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNZL follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access or retain access content, search content, or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not create connection profiles for long-term tracking of individual network activity.

To complete the current authentication, measure traffic, schedule routes, and troubleshoot faults, the system may process necessary temporary technical states during operation. These states are used only for the corresponding operation; once the purpose ends, they are deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot be linked to specific access content. Traffic statistics are used only to calculate subscription allowances and do not include a list of visited websites.

Website servers may generate security and error records, such as request time, browser type, accessed pages, and network address. These records are used to prevent abuse, analyze unusual requests, and fix page errors. They are not used to build user interest profiles and are retained for the shortest necessary period.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Analytics

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and security verification information. Login tokens are stored in the current browser to maintain the account session. After signing out or clearing browser data, the corresponding local information may be removed, and some features may require another login or configuration.

VPNZL may collect analytics such as page visits, referring pages, device categories, browser types, and error events to assess whether pages work properly, improve navigation, and plan service capacity. Analytics focus on aggregated trends, are not combined with website access records, and are not used to infer the specific content users access through international routes.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

VPNZL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment transactions are processed by the relevant payment channel or transaction service, whose privacy rules are established independently. VPNZL does not directly obtain complete payment account credentials; it receives only the transaction identifier, payment result, amount, and status information necessary to complete an order.

To provide payment, infrastructure, or security protection functions, necessary data may be processed by service providers responsible for those functions. Sharing is limited to the delivery of the specified service, and relevant processors are required to protect data under applicable rules. VPNZL does not sell account data or use order information for marketing lists unrelated to subscription delivery.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed for transaction verification, dispute handling, financial records, and applicable obligations. Ticket content is retained while a support request is being handled and for a reasonable follow-up review period; when no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through the support ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent action by another person, the system may require account ownership verification. After a deletion request is completed, account access and data unrelated to ongoing service are removed; order records or dispute materials that must be retained by law are restricted to their required purpose and handled after the retention basis ends.

Residual copies in backups are removed through the normal overwrite process. During this period, backups are used only for system recovery and security maintenance and are not returned to routine business processing.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to the VPNZL website, user panel, and subscription service. The page may be revised due to feature changes, changes in data practices, or updates to applicable rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly.

If a change materially affects how account data is handled, VPNZL will provide notice through the user panel or an on-site announcement. The updated policy applies from publication; if you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and request account data handling through a support ticket.
